My pitch for the backburner un-named work (Romantic Suspense) was accepted! I'm thrilled. Thrilled thrilled thrilled. That also means I need to get some serious makeovers going on the copy. And I need a title. Pitching a work called "finished former WIP" to an editor is less than professional, I'm guessing. Just sayin'... The good happenings go down Friday in a chatroom. I'll post the outcome as soon as I hear.And in the blogosphere...
I'm not sure if you remember me talking about the wait for SSW in the last post and how the three month window they mentioned is officially closing...but the folks at Redlines and Deadlines must have read my mind and answered my question! Read it here. Seems I should buck up and send a polite, short e-mail to the editorial assistant. I'll give it a try.
